Veterinary physiotherapists are required to treat under veterinary referral in accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966. Clients must have a referral from their veterinarian before physiotherapy treatment.
Treatment: Times will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Fees: Fees are charged per visit and any additional charges will discussed prior. Bacs is the preferred payment method but cash is accepted.
Cancellation policy: Specific circumstances, such as illness or a medical condition, may lead to you cancelling an appointment. In other circumstances, the right is reserved to charge 50% of the appointment charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is not given or there is a no show.
Payment terms: Payment must be received on or within 7 days of the treatment being received., otherwise treatment will not take place. The right is reserved to pursue unpaid accounts in a manner deemed necessary which may include the use of a debt collections service or civil proceedings the cost of which would be passed on to the client. The right to withdraw services on failure to comply with the payment terms will be reserved and notice of such will be provided in writing.
Insurance: Terms of payment still apply as the contract with the insurance company is between the client and the company.
